Step 2

Let’s go deeper so that you can reach that level of awareness that will help you see what are the changes you need to implement so that you can finally create the life you totally deserve. From now on, I want you to think about the things that you are not willing to tolerate in your life anymore.

It’s important to learn how to say no and set boundaries, and get rid of what does no longer serve us. Learning how to say no will help you create a sacred space for you to go in deep communication with yourself. This space of inner communication is needed for you to fully understand what's really in alignment with yourself so that you can finally create the life that you truly desire.Remember that saying no to things or people means saying yes to yourself.

We all have things, situations and relationships that we don’t want to tolerate, but so often we keep putting up with. You may not realize it, but you put up with a lot in your life that drags you down and drains a lot of energy.

Imagine what you could do if you were able to free up that energy and use it for things that really matter to you. You will experience an increase of creativity, more energized and focused – which will result in a better quality of life.

Write down on your worksheet the list of things that you don’t want to tolerate anymore, even those you think you cannot do anything about. Keep adding to the list in the following days as you think more about it. Listen to your inner wisdom and trust what’s coming up for you.

Assignment for this week

Now that you have the list, it’s time to take action. Identify one or two items from the list you will eliminate this week. This is an ongoing exercise: keep adding new things to your list in the following weeks as you become aware of them, and commit to consciously and continuously eliminate items from the list. Check them off once you are done and journal about the feeling that you experience about it.

At this stage it’s totally normal to feel some resistance coming up. you might not want to do this exercise, you might find excuses.I know, I’ve been there. But I want you to push through it, by keeping in mind that you’ll be gaining incredible energy, positivity, freedom, confidence and joy from it. Put on some relaxing music, light some candles and immerse yourself in this amazing journey of honoring yourself first so that you can get to know yourself better and finally fall in love with yourself. I am holding your hand all the way.
