You have been journaling about the feelings you want to experience more in your life and the things that bring you energy and purpose in life. In this module we will go deeper and explore your core values.

This module’s question is:

HOW WOULD YOU LIKE YOUR LIFE TO BE DIFFERENT?

In order to understand how you’d like your life to be different, you need first to become familiar with what’s really important to you – you need to know what your values are.

Living by your core values sounds easy — at least in theory. Your values, after all, are simply the things that are important to you in life, so it should be natural to live by them.

And yet so many people don’t consistently live by their values. Maybe because they’re used to fulfill everybody else’s needs before theirs, or because they don’t think it’s so important to follow their dreams once they already have a good life, and it’d be too much to ask for an epic life.

But they are missing out.

When you live by your values, you feel aligned with yourself and focused on doing the things that matter so that you can finally take the right steps and decisions that will help you create the life of your dreams!

Step 1

How to discover your core values?

Asking yourself what makes you feel good is a good place to start when figuring out what your values are so that you’ll know without any doubts what you have to do in order to create your epic life.

Values are your heart’s deepest desires for how you want to show up as a human being. Values are not about what you want to get or achieve; they are about how you want to behave or act on an ongoing basis.

Download this module’s worksheet, connect deeply to your intuition, and, as usual, let the pen write whatever comes to your mind. Don’t judge it, let it go freely!

Step 2

Now that you have identified your core values, the next step will be to explore if these values are reflected in your life.

Think about which areas of your life you are no longer in alignment with. When you are out of alignment with your values you experience feelings of frustration, unhappiness, disappointment, discontent, anger or sadness.

Journal about this module’s question:

HOW WOULD YOU LIKE YOUR LIFE TO BE DIFFERENT?

and identify what you can do differently from now on to be able to get back in alignment.

Assignment for this week

This week I want you to monitor your daily actions. Are they aligned with your core values?

Consciously introduce in your day one or two actions that you have identified during Step 2.

At the end of the day journal about the changes you have made and how you felt about them.
