My name is Cristiana Blasutta, I am an International Life and Health Coach. And a USUI Reiki practitioner.
I received my training from the CTA (Coach Training Alliance) and from the IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition). I was born and raised in Italy, and I moved to the US in 2004, in the Seattle area, where I fell in love with coaching. I then moved to Tuscany in 2016.
Since I was a little girl, I have been fascinated by other people’s lives and I could spend hours deeply listening to my friends’ stories.
I love the beauty of life and I am attracted to beautiful souls. In my coaching, as well as in my personal life, I like to go deep and create a “heart-to-heart” connection, the only one that I feel can powerfully change lives because it shows the depth and the beauty of our souls. With sensitivity and a splash of intuition, I will help you discover your inner light, and shine!

The Path of my Heart
After my BA degree in Italian Literature I was working at a financial firm. I was quite successful. From the outside everything was perfect. Except it was not. I was exhausted, out of balance, my relationships were suffering. I was miserable! What was missing in my life was something I had to stumble upon in a book.
This quote struck a chord with me: “A path is only a path, and there is no affront, to oneself or to others, in dropping it if that is what your heart tells you. Look at every path closely and deliberately. Try it as many times as you think necessary. Then ask yourself alone, one question. Does this path have a heart? If it does, the path is good; if it doesn't it is of no use.” Well, my path didn’t have a heart.
Right then I committed to live my life from a place of heart. I quit my job, experimented a lot, worked on myself and eventually found a job that still makes my heart sing. And guess what? I am happy now. I have healthy relationships. I am in balance. And I found my mission: I am dedicated to helping women like you slow down, reconnect with themselves and listen to their deepest desires.
